Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds~
Returns must be made with prior approval and the shipping is to be paid by the customer, excluding items that arrived defective or damaged due to shipping.
Return requests must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt to receive a refund, minus shipping. Any return request thereafter will be made at my discretion and for "In-store Credit Only".
Returns are not accepted after 30 days
Items must be not have been worn or used. All items for return must be post marked by the 30th day calendar day after the date of delivery (as noted by shipping carrier) in order to receive a refund or exchange.
For defective or items damaged in shipping, customer shall pay shipping upfront, and will be reimbursed for the shipping cost if the item is found to be defective by myself.
~Custom Made Return~
Please note that custom made items may not be returned. This is due to the personalized nature of the custom made pieces, and the inability to restock them for sale.
